Arfa Butt (Chair): A freelance Music and Talent Director, senior consultant with MTV and youth development practitioner. Passionate about personal development for young people through the arts and creative industries.

Althea Baker: Althea Baker has over 20 years experience as a Civil Servant, including the Department for Education.

Haydn Powell: Haydn Powell is a consultant, facilitator and coach for the National College for School Leadership, and formerly head teacher of Brampton Manor School.
Radhika Bynon: Radhika is Director of The U, a new venture at the Young Foundation

Carol Jackson: Senior Head, Public Sector at The Prince's Trust

Juliette Anita Osei: Anita is a Chartered Accountant and is Finance Manager at the National Autistic Society.

John Corrigan: previous Head teacher of Education.
